(4) A review:
I absolutely cannot get these to run at 1866MHz on my Gigabyte AM3+ 990FX UltraDurable motherboard. This is with a new Visheron octo-core FX8320 CPU. I tried relaxing the timings from the rated 9-9-9-24 up to 11-11-11-27, still will not POST.
I then tried over-volting in increments all the way up to 1.75V (that's 17% higher) and, even with the relaxed timings, still no POST.
At 1600MHz, they run fine-and-dandy, I can even time them down to 8-8-8-24 and they sail along smooth and cool.
The SPD in BIOS displays timings of 9-9-9-24 (as does the Newegg product page,) but the label on the sticks themselves shows 9-9-9-27, so there's a discrepancy in there somewhere.
