1. For outside - progressive lens.  Ultra ARC (anti-reflective coating); more expensive and better quality than Premium ARC.  High-index  (thinner and lighter) lens.
                          more expensive frame - ($200 - $120 deductible)*(30?%)discount = pay $55 out of pocket.
2. Computer use - Standard ARC.  High index lens. 
                              frame covered by the insurance so no extra pay.
